Understanding the relationship between the hip and knee joints will have a positive impact on your workouts and other regular activities. From my own observations as a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor, it is safe to say that the majority of us are not aware of the intended role for the hips and knees when it comes to basic movements of the body. Most neglect the use of the hip and over use the knees. The result is a very tight, weak hip structure prone to such issues as low back pain or sciatica. The knee joints also break down from overuse and improper weight distribution.

Is designed to help you come to a better understanding of how to prevent or work around these problems for a better quality of life. As for effective workouts, the muscle groups involved with the hips and knees are large, powerful, and burn excessive amounts of calories when trained properly. Through demonstrations, I will show you how to apply these muscles for safe and effective strength and aerobic training.
Exercise is an investment of your time. Let me help you make the most of it.
